Version 1.3 of 44 Jots and 44 Jots – Text Edition has been approved.

Version 1.3 adds the ability to backup and restore using a web browser on your Wifi network. With 44 Jots you aren’t forced to sacrifice your privacy to have a backup of your data.

This enhancement also adds a clear upgrade path for 44 Jots – Text Edition users to move to 44 Jots without losing any of their data. All that is required is to download a backup from within 44 Jots – Text Edition and proceed to perform a restore in 44 Jots.

44 Jots and 44 Jots Text Edition Version 1.2.1 have been approved by Apple and should be available in the App Store this evening.

Version 1.2.1 adds an icon badge to the 44 Jots icon that indicates the number of items you have that are either due today or already overdue.

This release consists of the following improvements:

• Jots can now be searched
• In addition to options for the next day and the next week, completed Jots can now be reassigned to the same date in the next month (i.e. the 16th) or on the same day of a certain week in the next month (i.e. the 3rd Wednesday)
• Performance Enhancements
• Usability Enhancements
• Bugfixes

44 Jots 1.0.7 is now available in the App Store.

This release consists of usability improvements requested by users.

• Fix for problems recognizing taps to delete Jots in Edit mode.
• Section titles now include day of the week for dates.
• Ability to archive from main screen. Delete a Jot in edit mode or by swiping and you will be prompted if you wish to keep the Jot in the archive.
• Quick-hit buttons to move a Jot to the following day or following week (For items that repeat daily or weekly).

44 Jots 1.0.6 is now available in the App Store. This is an important bugfix release that corrects behavior that prevented Jots from being categorized correctly when using the application on some days out of the year.

44 Jots 1.0.5 is now available in the App Store. Based on feedback from our customers we have improved the date/time selection method for Jots.

44 Jots allows you to create and organize multimedia notes about things you need to do or information you need to reference in the future. Notes are organized in the same style as a tickler file. Your notes remain secure on your device (no web service required).
